In accordance with international anti-money laundering policies, 88ab reserves the right to verify the identity of all members (Know Your Customer — KYC). You may be asked to submit identity verification documents in the following circumstances:
- When submitting your first withdrawal request.
- For winnings above a specified amount.
- Unusual activity detected on the account.
- In connection with any security-related investigation.

4. Deposit Rules
The following rules apply to deposits made on 88ab:
- Minimum Deposit Amount: BDT 200
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
- All deposits must come from a bank or mobile banking account held in the member's own name.
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- 88ab does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.
5. Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from 88ab:
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: BDT 500
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
- Bkash and Nagad transfers are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days to process.
- 88ab reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
If any bonus funds are associated with a withdrawal, the relevant wagering requirements must be met first. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before those requirements are fulfilled.
6. Bonus & Promotion Terms
88ab regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:
- Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement has been met.
- Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting will result in account termination.
- Maximum Bonus Conversion: The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is BDT 50,000, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
7. Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 88ab:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or technical error, 88ab reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
- If a discrepancy in results occurs due to network delays during live betting, 88ab's decision shall be considered final.
- The maximum bet amount per event is subject to the limits set by the platform.
- If an event is incomplete or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88ab platform. Violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds:
- Multiple Accounts: Two accounts belonging to the same individual or household are not permitted.
- Fraud: Use of false identities, forged documents, or stolen payment methods.
- Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any unauthorized attempt to access the platform's software or servers.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
- Manipulation: Use of any software or device to influence game outcomes.
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to circumvent bonus terms through coordinated betting or any other means.
- Minor Access: Allowing individuals under 18 to open an account.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
88ab takes your privacy seriously. Any information we collect is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and security purposes. Your personal data is never sold to third parties.

10. Account Closure & Suspension
88ab reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:
- Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected on the account.
- Failure to provide KYC information or submission of false information.
- At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
You may request to close your account at any time. Prior to closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw verified funds, provided no policy violations have occurred.
11. Responsible Gaming
88ab is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. To support this, we provide the following tools:
- Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Session Limits: Set a time limit for continuous gaming sessions.
